Welcome to Widem Logistics' internal breach reporting channel.
Our organization has entrusted WhistleLine with the internal processing of reports of violations1 which you make via this form as a Reporting Party2.
By filling out this form, you will become a"Whistleblower," and you will receive a special status that will guarantee your anonymity throughout the investigation phase and protect you from any adverse action It is important that you become familiar with the reporting procedure. We also encourage you to read the General Reporting Requirements.
A notification requires a certain amount of information that we ask you to fill in below.
All these data are processed by a managing body3 of WhistleLine who will anonymize your file and investigate to resolve the breach.
Notes:
(1)"Violation" means any act or omission that is unlawful or that defeats the purpose or intent of the rules in the following areas:
- Public contracts;
- Financial services, products and markets and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;
- Product safety and compliance;
- Transportation safety;
- Environmental protection;
- Radiation protection and nuclear safety;
- Safety of food intended for human and animal consumption, health and animal welfare;
- Public Health;
- Consumer Protection;
- Protection of privacy and personal data, and security of networks and information systems.
- Depending on local legislation, this may also cover other areas (e.g. Belgium: 'Tax or social fraud')
(2) " Reporter" means a natural person who reports information about violations obtained in the course of his professional activities. The reporter is also called Whistleblower and is protected. The reporter also qualifies as a Whistleblower and is protected.
(3) The"managing agent" is an employee of WhistleLine. Only He knows your identity. It falls under professional secrecy.
