Reporting violations at PROTECTION UNIT

Welcome to PROTECTION UNIT's internal violation reporting channel.

Our organization has entrusted WhistleLine with the internal processing of reports of violations.1 of which you are, by using this form, the Author2.

By completing this form, you become an"Alert Launcher", a special status that guarantees your anonymity throughout the investigation phase, and gives you protection against possible coercive measures. It is important that you familiarize yourself with the reporting procedure. We also recommend that you read our General Terms and Conditions of Reporting.

To launch the alert, you need to provide a certain amount of information, which we ask you to complete below.
Toutes ces informations seront traitées par un facilitateur3 de WhistleLine qui anonymisera votre dossier et l'instruira en vue de la résolution de la violation.

IMPORTANT:
You can submit your report completely anonymously. Bear in mind, however, that :

  1. WhistleLine , as report manager and/or facilitator, is subject to strict confidentiality and is obliged to protect your identity (complete anonymization of your report).
  2. Without a means of contact (e.g. an email address), it will not be possible for us to contact you to enrich your file or provide you with feedback.

There is, however, an excellent way of preserving your anonymity while establishing a secure channel of information between us:

  • You can create a free secret e-mail address on certain online services such as PROTONMAIL.COM or TUTANOTA.COM.
  • By using such a secret address, your identity is completely safe, but we'll still be able to contact you.
  • In the form below, your name is completely optional, which is why we suggest you enter a Nickname.

The Alias will be the name that will designate you during the investigation phase of your report, it allows your anonymity to be ensured while designating you in an unique way.
WhistleLine will choose an Alias for you if you leave this field empty and may modify it if it is judged that it could identify you.
Choose a password that will allow us to protect the mail we send you or that will allow us to verify your identity when necessary.
This will only be used by WhistleLine to get in touch with you.
This information is not mandatory but will facilitate our work
