Reporting violations to Widem Logistics.

Welcome to Widem Logistics' internal breach reporting channel.

Our organization has entrusted WhistleLine with the internal processing of reports of violations1 which you make via this form as a Reporting Party2.

By filling out this form, you will become a"Whistleblower," and you will receive a special status that will guarantee your anonymity throughout the investigation phase and protect you from any adverse action It is important that you become familiar with the reporting procedure. We also encourage you to read the General Reporting Requirements.

A notification requires a certain amount of information that we ask you to fill in below.
All these data are processed by a managing body3 of WhistleLine who will anonymize your file and investigate to resolve the breach.

The Alias will be the name that will designate you during the investigation phase of your report, it allows your anonymity to be ensured while designating you in an unique way.
WhistleLine will choose an Alias for you if you leave this field empty and may modify it if it is judged that it could identify you.

At least one means of contact is required (email address or phone number)

  1. WhistleLine, as a reporting manager and/or facilitator, is subject to strict confidentiality and is obliged to protect your identity (complete anonymisation of your report).
  2. Without a means of contact (for example an email address), it will not be possible for us to contact you to enrich your file or to send you feedback.

However, there is a great way to maintain your anonymity while establishing a secure channel of information between us:

  • You can create a secret and free email address on some online services like PROTONMAIL.COM or TUTANOTA.COM.
  • By using such a secret address, your identity is completely safe, but we will have the opportunity to contact you.
  • In the form below, your name is completely optional, which is why we suggest you fill in a Nickname.
Choose a password that will allow us to protect the mail we send you or that will allow us to verify your identity when necessary.
This will only be used by WhistleLine to get in touch with you.
This information is not mandatory but will facilitate our work

Notes:

(1)"Violation" means any act or omission that is unlawful or that defeats the purpose or intent of the rules in the following areas:

  • Public contracts;
  • Financial services, products and markets and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;
  • Product safety and compliance;
  • Transportation safety;
  • Environmental protection;
  • Radiation protection and nuclear safety;
  • Safety of food intended for human and animal consumption, health and animal welfare;
  • Public Health;
  • Consumer Protection;
  • Protection of privacy and personal data, and security of networks and information systems.
  • Depending on local legislation, this may also cover other areas (e.g. Belgium: 'Tax or social fraud')

(2) " Reporter" means a natural person who reports information about violations obtained in the course of his professional activities. The reporter is also called Whistleblower and is protected. The reporter also qualifies as a Whistleblower and is protected.

(3) The"managing agent" is an employee of WhistleLine. Only He knows your identity. It falls under professional secrecy.
